Stanley J. Bien
Mr. Bien will be based in the US and will solicit, negotiate and execute the Exclusive Distribution Agreements and Administrate and Manage the Exclusive Distributors Performance for all the Devices.?? He will personally develop the procedures and techniques for Managing the Distributors based on the content of the individual Agreements.? Additionally he will provide “hands on training” to Distributors if needed to ensure and increase the Company’s ability to grow.

General Director
Carlos C. Hung
Mr. Hung will be based in Zhuhai, China and will oversee all present and future R & D via his Potency, China Company.? Additionally, he will negotiate an over see all Device manufacturing in China so the company has total assurance of up to date Quality & Control Manufacturing procedures in place at all times.? Mr. Hung will utilize his China, Potency staff to assist in developing new Devices, Products and Systems by ongoing R & D efforts.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The CFO will directly under the direction of the Managing director and will handle all financial matters of the company including, Budgets, Purchase Orders, LC’s, Distributor Compliance with minimum purchase requirements, and Audits when necessary.? The CFO will also complete and file all necessary tax reports and forms.? The CFO will also work under the Supervision of Mr. Mike McCormick, Managing Partner, Dritsas, Groom & McCormick, LLP, Certified Public Accountants.
