Asia United Limited LLC (“the Company”) was recently established as a California Limited Liability Corporation to bring together two (2) successful entities for the purpose of using an Integration of a Wireless, Internet and High Tech Audio Company in China and a successful US Company with expertise in International Consulting and Marketing. The Plan and Goals are simple! Use the Chinese Company and its R &D, Management, and Manufacturing skills to take advantage of low costs and get these products to the market with Qualified Marketing & Sales Companies via Exclusive Distribution Agreements in prime markets for the Devices produced by the Company.
Within the next sixty (60) days, the Company will have three (3) Devices ready for distribution and have, or will begin to Negotiate, Exclusive Distribution Agreements with interested Sales & Marketing Entities. The Exclusive Distribution Agreements will grant Exclusive Distribution Rights within given areas, markets, regions, states or countries.
